Rosslare launches SA-59, a universal GSM communicator and reporter

Rosslare Security, a worldwide provider of professional Access Control and Intrusion Security solutions launched the SA-59, a universal GSM Communicator and reporting unit, aimed to integrate GSM reporting and SMS messaging to security systems.
It can connect to any alarm panel using a discrete IO, and operates as either as a GSM communication back-up or as the main or even the only communication and reporting device for the panel.
SA-59 is compact allowing quick and easy installation.
With an independent power source and GSM communication, the SA-59 can monitor the panel and send alarms and other event transmissions even when the alarm panel is not functioning.
The unit allows CMS (Central Monitoring Station) reporting as well as SMS messages to two private phone numbers of 7 pre-configured events. There are 4 inputs in which a change in the input voltage level will change the corresponding output, and generate pre-defined event transmission.
SA-59 simulates a telephone line for the panel’s line input and sends the reports through the GSM network to the defined destination.
The SA-59 has a battery charger and a space for Rosslare’s BT-16, 12V DC / 2000 mAh NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) backup battery.
