Yaacov Ozer is the founders of Rosslare Enterprises Ltd, consisting of a group of companies which Rosslare Security products, Inc. belongs. Mr. Ozer is also Chairman of the Board. He managed the company during the initial 25 years and has been the driving force behind many product ideas and operations that has brought Rosslare to the success it enjoys today. In addition, Mr. Ozer has been responsible for building Rosslare’s image and products internationally, and continues to act as an Ambassador for the company around the world, especially within the Latin American sphere. | |

| Ezra Ozer Group Managing Director |  |
Ezra Ozer has been active with Rosslare since its inception, and brings with him vast knowledge and experience in the operations and product development in the company. Ezra currently acts as VP of Sales and Marketing, implementing strategies to continue Rosslare’s growth internationally and ensure on-target marketing globally. Previously, Ezra headed and managed R&D operations, and managed operations at Rosslare manufacturing facility in Shenzen where he streamlined production and implemented ISO 9001 standards procedures. Ezra holds a BSEE and MBA from Drexel University. | |

Yuval Ozer has been active with Rosslare since its inception, and brings a vast knowledge and experience in the daily operations of the company, and specifically in production operations as a Manager in Rosslare’s manufacturing facility in Shenzen. Yuval is active today in Rosslare’s Corporate Operations and in managing the daily operations of Rosslare’s R&D offices. Yuval holds a BSEE and MBA from Drexel University. | |

Ilan is currently on the Board of Directos, and acts as VP of OEM Sales where he is directly responsible for the continued growth of Rosslare’s image as a world-class manufacturer of products and technology for many companies globally. Eli Haggag joined Rosslare in 2004, Prior to Rosslare security Eli Haggag founded and served as President of ProMotion for two years in Israel. Prior to that, Mr. Haggag was VP Products for Visonic Networks, where he was responsible of the company's product lines management and business development activities. Mr. Haggag employs vast experience in the security industry and a multi-disciplinarian education and experience in different technological fields. Eli holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University as well as degrees in electronics, software engineering and business management. | |
| Benzi Torem VP R&D |  |
Benzi Torem joined Rosslare in 1995, and opened the R&D group in Israel. Prior to Rosslare security Mr. Torem was project manager of Sicma and managed the product lines development, marketing analysis and technical support. Prior to that, Mr. Torem was chief engineer of Gal Technologies where he was leading the electronic design and managing OEM projects. Benzi has experience in RFID technology as well as many different technological fields, designing integrated hardware, mechanical and software products, building and managing multi disciplinary groups and vast experience in access control market. Benzi also managed R&D operations in developing the rechargeable product lines in Rosslare. Benzi holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, MBA from Haifa University and degrees in software design. | |
