Built in an ultra-slim 8mm metal encased panel, AY-E20 represents Rosslare's response to growing design and architectonic demands on access control products. Surpassing market demands, Rosslare created the next news in designer access control: Here style finally meets quality to create an elegant waterproof proximity card Reader. The Reader is suited for architects and designers looking for a stylish access control solution within indoor and outdoor environments.
Simple to set up and operate it is the only truly flush mounted Reader capable of providing easy installation on a flat surface with proximity-only access control. Being multi-formatted, the AY-E20 is highly compatible and easily connects with any third party host controller. Additional capabilities can be attributed to its feature rich components; The Reader comes with an internal buzzer, an ultra bright led indicator, optical back tamper detection and a built-in 125 KHz EM proximity card reader with a reading distance up to 3.5cm.
Completing Rosslare's ultra-slim series it offers a Reader only alternative. Versatile and user-friendly it can be programmed to transmit proximity card data in 26-bit Wiegand, Clock & Data or RS-232 formats.
The AY-E20 Reader was created from state-of-the-art resources to meet Rosslare's certified high quality ISO-9001: 2000 manufacturing standards.

Replacing the RML, RESL marks a significant milestone for Rosslare
Rosslare Enterprises Ltd. proudly announced the grand opening of the new
RESL - Rosslare Electronics (Shenzhen) Limited manufacturing, engineering and development facility on January 30 2008. The RESL facility launches Rosslare into a new era of development, manufacturing and operations, in a bid to provide customers with heightened technology, performance and service. Clients will benefit from enhanced development and production facilities on one hand and heightened customer services on the other.
Prior to RESL, manufacturing was conducted at the RML (Rosslare Manufacturing Ltd.) facilities, renowned by Rosslare's partners worldwide for its quality rechargeables and security products. The opening of the new manufacturing facilities is a significant milestone as it enables Rosslare to combine improved manufacturing processes with more client oriented solutions.
RESL will also continue to practice and support Rosslare's ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality and Environmental Management Standard certification and will comply with stringent government environmental controls, being located close to the Shenzhen reservoirs.
The new facility boasts five floors within 100,500 square feet (10,000 square meters), enabling vertically integrated operations that provide comprehensive manufacturing capabilities. It incorporates; plastic tooling, injection, metal stamping and fabrication facilities, 15 product assembly lines with inline ICT/FCT and FFT testing for 100% reliability, state of the art SMT and more.
Transferred to a new local science park complex, the relocation of the manufacturing operations materialized in an impressive 40 days, with zero down time.
